The Customer Service Academy is an award-winning training program that has been used as a model throughout California.  Businesses with superior customer service flourish, and helping to create flourishing businesses is what the Napa Valley Customer Service Academy is all about!  Napa Valley College, the Job Connection of the Napa Workforce Investment Board and the Napa and St. Helena Chambers of Commerce have partnered to offer Napa Valley Customer Service Academy.  We are ready to train your employees in the vital skills for your business’s future success.

The Program

The Napa Valley College Customer Service Academy conducts practical hands-on training to enhance a business’s ability to gain and retain both customers and quality employees.  The program delivers quality, energetic training by certified CSA trainers to equip your employees with the skills they need to effectively work together.  Trainings are cost-effective, flexible and are delivered locally at the Napa Chamber of Commerce or at the Napa Valley College Upper Valley Campus. 

Trainings can be customized to meet larger employer’s needs and delivered at your place of business or at a Napa College facility.

Enrollment and Fees

It couldn’t be easier to enroll for the training modules in the Customer Service Academy.  Each training session meets for a total of 8 hours on two consecutive weeks (4 hours each).  Participants receive training certificates upon completion of each module.  The cost for each module session is $75 per participant, or less than $10 per hour to train your employees.
